Wednesday's ETF with Unusual Volume: PKB

The PowerShares Dynamic Building & Construction Portfolio ETF (PKB) is seeing unusually high volume in afternoon trading Wednesday, with over 243,000 shares traded versus three month average volume of about 47,000.  Shares of PKB were up about 0.8% on the day.
